  • Operators are implementing threshold policies that define how many signers are required for different transaction types and embedding role separation so that compliance officers can view and approve flows without gaining signing power.

Therefore auditors must combine automated heuristics with manual review and conservative language. If validators remain but demand for inclusion outstrips new fee-driven compensation, L1 base fees rise and rollup costs increase. Tokenomics must include a clear unlock schedule, vesting, and circulating supply projections to avoid sudden sell pressure.
